The 1:1 with your employees is your chance to guide them into the right direction - don’t waste it

When you have 1:1 or other sync topics -> think about the bigger picture before you go into the conversation
Lead conversations so that employee understand bigger picture. Ensure commitment and accountability
A change agent network only works if you habe the right people in it.
A sound basis is for instance a network analysis. Appoint those who scale the most.
Better clarify what the team needs to do
E.g. Agile Way of working - I should have communicated better what everyone needs to do
Reflect how to make your meetings more impactful
E.g reflect what others want to take away from this meeting, what you will get away
Before a keynote, prepare your mind and mindset
Breath calm, 4-2-4 method; visualize how you perform at your best and how you always insprire
You need to ensure more commitment
Ask till when you have it. Then ask why it was not delivered

Split for those who are more content driven (PO) and those who are more process & people driven (Scrum Master)
Talk a lot about your why & how with your stakeholder, let them figure out the what

When giving a task, ask back what someone else understood
A lot of misunderstanding, when both are thinking they understood each other
When you dont have an appointment, use the time to chat with people, use small talk etc.
