Green - Walking Wounded Yellow - Cannot walk, but not immediate. Red - Immediate Black - Open the airway & they don't breathe.

Respirations Anything less than 8 or greater than 30. Pulse Uncontrolled bleed or cap refill is greater than 2 seconds. Mentation Able to follow simple commands.
