5A OI CF
OAT is 5 or less or
Atmospheric conditions for icing or
Overnight exposure to ice or
Inbound flight picked up ice or frost or
Cold Soak Ice or
Fuel temp 0C or less and Temp spread 3 or less
If it’s 5 degrees or colder, the preflight inspection must take place within what
timeframe
