A

Outcome goal: focused on result (winning, medals) Increase anxiety
Performance goal: focus on improving and attainig personal standard. ( running within a certain time frame, having 90% completion rate) increase anxiety
Process goal: work more on specific skills or behaviour: too consciously involved and not looking at broad picture
