Organization
A person or group of people that has its own function, responsability, and relationship to achieve objectives.
Common key for all organizations is that you or the team are working towards a set of common goals and objectives.
Service Provider - Part of Org
A role performend by an organization in a service relationship to provide service to customers.
Consumer - Part of Org
A role performed by an organization in a relationship that uses (or consumes) services.
Service Relationships
A service relationship is defined as the cooperation between a service provider and service consumer. Service relationships are established between two or more organizations to co-create value.
User
A person that uses a service.
Customer
A person that defines the requirements for a service and takes responsibility for the outcomes of the service consumption.
Sponsor
A person who authorizes the budget for service consumption.
