Medications used to treat depression and mood disorders such as SSRI, SNRI, TCA and MAOI.

Medications used to treat high blood pressure. Include diuretics, beta-blockers, ACE, ARB.
Define anticoagulants
Medications used to prevent blood clot formation. Include warfarin, heparin and DOAC

Medications used to manage diabetic. Include metformin, sulfonylureas, insulin.

Medications used to treat psychotic disorders. Include typical antipsychotics, atypical antipsychotics
Define anticonvulsants
Medications used to treat seizures and epilepsy. Include phenytoin, carbamazepine and valproic acid.
Define bronchodilators
Medications used to relax and open airways in lungs due to COPD. Include SABA, LABA, anticholinergics.
Define statins
Medications used to lower cholesterol levels. Include atorvastatin, simvastatin, rosuvastatin.
