What is a stakeholder?
Any individual, group, or organisation that can affect or be affected, or perceive to be affected by an initiative.
What is the business interest? And who represents it?
Making sure the project represents value for money. Represented by the Project Executive.
Who represents the Users in project interests?
Senior User - Outputs to create outcome
Who represents the supplier interest?
Senior supplier - Those who provide skills and build products
Need to understand the required standards to comply

1) Commissioning a project
2) Identifying the executive

The work to build or develop the project products

Executive
