A

Manufacturing provides jobs for local workers. These workers pay tax to the government. This allows them to invest in infrastructure and education. Investments in education promote economic growth because educated people are more qualified and get better paid jobs. Manufacturing as valued to the product allowing them to sell it for greater. Primary goods priced often fluctuate, creating an unstable economy and selling them as secondary products allows the economy to grow as it isn’t dependent on a good market.
