A

By limiting the intake of foods containing saturated fats or added sugars, which are energy dense this can lead to more Australians consuming more nutrient dense foods from those 5 food groups. Helping them to avoid conditions such as obesity and CVD.

By limiting the intake of salt it limits the overconsumption of sodium, preventing hypertension and reducing the risk of developing CVD + calcium being excreted into the urine causing osteoporosis later in life.
