What is the project status? What are the status variables?
The status reflects the actual state of the project regarding the three main project variables:
Scope/results - cost - time
Explain at least 3 common ways of determining the rate of progress.
- percent complete
PC = (results achieved as of the status date / planned total results) *100 - performance based on time data
- > elapsed time/planned total duration
- based on performance variables
