Associated HTN, biscuspid aortic valve, cystic medial necrosis, Marfan’s syndrome.

A

Tearing chest pain radiating to the back
CXR shows mediastinal widening.
False lumen can be limited to the ascending aorta, propagate from ascending aorta, or propagate from the descending aorta.
