A

Lung cancer, Lymphoma (usually non-H), Thymoma, Germ Cell Tumors, Catheter-related thrombosis

A

Avoid empiric radiation and tx underlying cause (usually chemo)

Tumor Lysis Syndrome (when it happens and what happens)

A

Dumping of IC contents from tumor lysis, usually 12-72 hrs after chemo
Elevates like everything except calcemia

A

Treat with hydration and rasburicase, try to prevent with hydration and allopurinol
