What is an “Object Placeholder” and how do you find it on a slide?

A

A box to add a title, table or image. They appear on Master Slides. Choose Master Slide most resembling slide you wan to create and add items in the placeholders. This will not change Master. However, you can edit Master.

How do access Object Placeholders?

A

On a master slide from one of the themes, placeholders will be outlined. If you want to change the placeholders, Go to “Edit Master Slide” and click on “show placeholders”. Object Placeholders are not

How do you add an item using Oject Placeholders?

A

On a Master Slide click on “Show Placeholder”. Then click on the icon above for the kind of item you want to add. So for example to add text to the placeholder, select the “T” icon.
