OPER - 1.1.1 - ENSURE that all personnel have reviewed any Caution Boxes that appear in this procedure before proceeding

OPER - 1.1.2 - IF Cooling Water PH is greater than 8.0 in 635 Cooling Tower (635CT3701), as indicated by Cooling Tower Water PH Analyzer (65AI0011),
VERIFY the following:

OPER - A - VERIFY at the PLC that the Sulfuric Acid is feeding

B - VERIFY at the skid that the Sulfuric Acid Pump is in AUTO or REMOTE

C - CHECK the 635P0022A/B, Sulfuric Acid Pump discharge pressure gauge

D - IF Sulfuric Acid is feeding,
VERIFY that the pump is pumping through a cylinder draw down at the skid

E - IF all conditions are met,
NOTIFY the Cooling Water Specialist

OPER - 1.1.3 - IF Cooling Towe Water PH is less than 7.0 in 635 Cooling Tower, as indicated by Cooling Tower Water PH Analyzer (65AI0011) complete the following:

OPER - A - ENSURE Sulfuric Acid is not feeding at the PLC

B - PLACE the 635P0022A/B, Sulfuric Acid pump in the OFF position at the skid.

OPER - 1.1.4 - IF Cooling Water PH is less than 6.0 in 635 Cooling Tower, PERFORM the following:

OPER - A - TURN all 635P0022A/B Sulfuric Acid pumps in the OFF position

B - ENSURE that the Blowdown is OPEN

C - NOTIFY the following of a 635 Cooling Tower (635CT3701) PH excursion:
-Asset Team Shift Supervisor
-Cooling Water Specialist
