A

dry unproductive cough at rest is most common; squeaks & crackles over the posterior lung lobes on auscultation

  • larval stages of migration can cause alveolitis followed by bronchiolitis
  • pneumonia can occur with asperation of the L1 & eggs

worry about the dead parasites still in the lungs after tx has killed them they can exaspaerate the CS’s and Dz of the lungs.
