Never forget = last period, cycle duration and days of bleed, contraception and sexually active, last smear

A
Parity Same as general history Gynae history Past OH (previous pregnancies and outcomes (SB/LB), date, type of delivery, weight and sex and any problems during it or postnatally) FH / genetics SH - other children

General examination including BP
Abdominal examination (fundal height, lie of the baby, presentation, head palpable, fetal heart rate)
