**Prenatal detection :
1. US: polyhydramnios
2. MSAFP – Maternal serum
alpha
fetoprotein is HIGH

Treatment

1)clean gut with normal saline first
2)Cover abdominal content
3)NG tube
4)IV.fluids
5)IV. Antibiotics
6) urgent surgery within 24- 48 h
