- The operator shall immediately, and by the most expeditious means available, notify CAAP when aircraft incident / accident occur

A
The operator shall submit a report to CAAP
* Within 10 days after incident / accident
* After 7 days for overdue aircraft

PRESERVATION OF WRECKAGE AND RECORDS
A
No person, other than AAIIB shall have the access to the aircraft involved in the accident / incident.

MOVING OR REMOVING WRECKAGE
A
Wreckage may not be disturbed or moved except to
- Remove person or animals injured or trapped
- Protect the wreckage from further damage
- Protect the public from injury.
