IFR Cruising Altitudes

A

For flight levels above 18000ft MSL to and below FL290 with a magnetic course of:

0-179 - odd flight levels (FL190, FL210, FL230. ETC)
180-359 - even flight levels (FL200, FL 220, FL240, ETC)

For flights above FL290 with a magnetic course of:

0° to 179°
Any flight level, at 4,000 foot intervals, beginning at and including FL 290 (FL 330, FL 370, FL 450 etc.)

180° to 359°
Any flight level at 4,000 foot intervals, beginning at and including FL 310 (FL 350, FL 390, FL 470 etc.)
