2.3.3.3 Commercial Pilot License (A) priveleges
- Exercise the privileges of a PPL holder.
- To act as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in any airplane engaged in any operations other than commercial air transportation.
- To act as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in commercial air transportation in any airplane certificated for single pilot operation.
- To act as a Copilot in any commercial air transportation required to be operated with a Copilot

Flight Experience for Approved Training Organization
- (1) not less than 150 hours.
10 hours may be completed in a flight simulator.:
- (i) 70 hours of PIC-time.
- (ii) 20 hours Cross-Country Flight as PIC not less than 540 km (300 nm) in the course of which full stop landings must be made at 2 different aerodromes
- 10 hours of Instrument Instruction Time of which 5 hours may be instrument ground time.
- (iv) if privileges of flying are to be exercised at night, 5 hours of night flight including 5 Takeoffs and Landing as pilot in command.
(d) Flight Instruction
* (1) Shall receive and log not less than 25 hours of Dual Instruction from authorized instructor. 5 hours may be conducted in a ground trainer.
Flight Experience for None Approved Training Organization
- Non Approved Training Organization:
- (1) not less than 200 hours.
10 hours may be completed in a flight simulator.:
- (i) 100 hours of PIC-time
Medical
- Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Medical Certificate Class I
CPL, MPL Below 40 years old - 12 Months * CPL, MPL
Above 40 years old & ATPL
* 6 Months
With respect to certification of Airmen:
Category: Airplane, Rotorcraft, Glider
and Lighter than Air.
Class: SEL, SES, MEL, MES
With respect certification of Aircraft:
- Category: Normal, Utility, Acrobatic
- Class: Airplane, Rotorcraft, Gliders and Balloons.
Large Airplane
An airplane with a maximum takeoff weight of 5,700 kg.
Complex Airplane
An airplane with controllable pitch propellers, retractable landing gears and flaps
High Performance Airplane
An airplane that has a 200 hp or more per power plant

- (a) You will not be able to exercise the privileges of the license if you did not notify the authority in writing of the new permanent mailing address after Thirty (30) Days.
