Use tongue depressor if needed
Insert and then rotate 180’

Intubation

Hold laryngoscope with left hand
Aim to have tip of laryngoscope between tongue & epiglottis Approach tube at right corner of mouth
May need to do a slight twist to advance tube over bougie
Advance to 22cm
Secure with tape
