Allocation procedure

A

1) notice of proposed allocation
- sent after defence filed by court officer
- requires parties to - file/serve DQ, proposed directions and costs budget

Small claims - at least 14 days
Fast/multi - at least 28 days

2) directions questionnaire

3) allocation - court will review DQ and sent notice of allocation
- may order further info to be provided or hold an allocation hearing
