Adult dose

A

Stable V-Tach w/Pulse
150 mg in 50cc D5W over 10 min
May repeat every 10 min as needed
Max of 2.2 G in 24 hours

V-Tach/V-FIB with no pulse
300 mg IV/IO followed by 150 mg in 3 - 5 min
