A

Epinephrine
1 mg (1:10,000) IV/IO
Every 3-5 minutes

NS fluid bolus
500 cc

Narcan
2mg Slow IV/IO Push

Sodium Bicarb
1 mEq/kg

D50
25 G in 50 cc of NS
