Reduces bronchospasms through sympathomimetic and anticholinergic effects

Indications
A
Treatment of bronchospasms in pts requiring more than one bronchodilator after recieving 2 albuterol treatments

Contraindications
A
Allergy or Allergy to atropine and its derivatives

Adult Dose
A
3 mg in 3 ml of NS adminstered over 10 - 15 minutes
Repeat once after 15 minutes

Same as adult
