Vague central abdominal pain which migrates to RIF
Anorexia
Nausea and Vomiting

Tenderness over McBurneys point
Rovsings sign
Psoas sign- RIF pain when extending right hip

A

Gold standard laparoscopic appendectomy
Conservative management with abx
- if high risk
- associated with higher recurrence
