nebulised salbutamol- 5mg repated at 20 minutes as neccisary

2-12 doses of salbutamol pmdi repeated at 20 minutes 4 breaths per dose

salbutamol 10mg nebulised with 500 mcg of ipatropium bromide nebulsed - repeate salbutamol 5mg at 5 mins as required
dexamethasone 8mg IV/oral

adrenaline IM 500mcg - repated at 5-10 minutes max 1.5 mg

ventilate 6-7ml/kg at 5-8 venitations per minute with moderatly hgh resp pressures and allowing for prolonged expiritory phase

what to do if a paitent looses cardiac output with asthma?

exlusion of TNT - IPPV via Ett, sudden loss of CO, ythem is a PEA or nill reposnse to 1 min aponea and IV adreanlin

one minute aponea then manage as per cardiac arrest
