increased dysponea, increased cough, increased speutum production, complete removal of wheeze in pts where it is not possibele due to chronic airway disaes
what is the treatement for exacerbations of COPD?
irrespective of severity-
salbutamol 10mg nebulaised and 500mcg ipatropium brmide nebulise
dexamethasone 8mg iv/oral
what is the action if there is an adequate response to inital treatment?
tirtate o2 to 88-92%
what is the treatment for 10 min post inital treatment no repsone?
MICA- bipap
