Planning Phase
Ask: What do I need to do? What do I already know? What do I need to learn?
Purpose: To set goals, activate prior knowledge, and select strategies.
Monitoring (Follow-Up) Phase
Ask: What should I remember? How can I deepen my understanding?
Purpose: To track progress and make adjustments during the task.
Evaluation Phase
Ask: How well did I do? What did I not understand? What could I improve?
Purpose: To assess outcomes, identify gaps, and inform future learning.
