Fibrinolytic conditions following disseminated intravascular coagulation (unless pre-dominant activation of the fibrinolytic system with severe bleeding)
History of convulsions
Thromboembolic disease
Cautions
Irregular menstrual bleeding (Establish cause first)

Receiving oral contraceptives (Increased risk of thrombosis )
