- Severe acute anaemia
- Uncorrectable anaemia
- Sickle cell disease

Allow to thaw for 30 minutes
What is the indication for fresh frozen plasma
- Massive haemorrhage
- Disseminated intervascular coagulation with bleeding
- Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
- Prophylactic for procedures and deranged coagulation
