How are inspections at AFD stations and offices handled?
A
Like any other inspection. The officer assigned by prevention will do the inspection and record it in RMS. If errors are not corrected than it will be turned over to prevention

How often are kitchen hoods inspected?
A
6 months

Who is responsible for code corrections?
A
The assigned officer, if he/she can fixe them on the spot. If not, turn in a request for station maintenance through Fire depot.

When and how are fire extinguishers inspected and replaced?
A
Checked during the inspection, replaced by COA Building Services. Apparatus extinguishers are replaced at resupply stations.
