yes - for Sch 2,3 the RCVS no. must be included

NOOOOOOOO
(changed in 2015)
It's just a normal Sch 3 now, get over yourself.

1,2 (except some liquids like secobarbital),
3 (except some stuff:
tramadol
phenobarbital
mazindol
meprobamate
midazolam
pentazocine
phentermine
