Mostly Genetics...but best way is to:

Lose body fat
Strength train
Eat sensible diet

No. Should be part of every workout.overweight?strength train to improve strength of joints.If done with minimal rest...cardiorespitory effects are visible

Lose weigth..should focuse be on cardio activities?

All progs. should include a mix of cardio. Strength and Flex. If some missing, not gonna see full benefits from excercising. Burn extra calories through strength training
