180 days after issuance. May be extended in 90 day increments for good cause by the code official (Fire Chief).

a fine of not more than $300 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. Each day that a violation continues, after a service of notice as provided in the Fire Code, shall be deemed a separate offense.
