The ability to connect with others
What is transformational leadership?
When a person strives to highen the motivation and the morality of himself and his followers
What is transactional leadership?
An exchange takes place between leader and follower

It refers to the leaders principles and standards having the power to attract followers

Everyone should always be learning

When A leader intervens well after the mistake or problem had arisen but never provided feedback

The ability of one person to influence another
What is legitimate power?
We’re you only obey someone because of their position
What is referet power?
When followers like and follow the leader

They are called the servant leader.

Wha is a learning organization?
It is a place we’re people are continually learning together
Is a personal master simply acquiring more information to be smarter then others? Why?
No but rather to increase our capacity to reach our deepest personnel and professional goals
