Etiology

Clinical Signs

Horizontal Transmission

Acute
– A very rapid and severe disease condition, often leading to sudden death.
Peracute
– A disease condition that develops slowly and lasts for a long time.
Chronic

Mortality
– The rate or number of individuals affected by a disease in a population.
Morbidity
– A group of signs and symptoms that occur together and characterize a condition.
Syndrome
is any abnormal tissue change caused by injury, disease, or infection. It can be visible (e.g., swelling, discoloration) or microscopic, and is used to help diagnose health problems.
