Simple structure (1 hierarchical level), functional structure (work together in concentration), divisional structure (group/output), matrix structure (combine functional and divisional)
Horizontal Design
eliminating functional barriers to solve problems, teams
Open Boundary Design
Hollow structure, allow focus and make expert focus on expertise, loss of control
