*A manager - responsible for checking docs
*A proofreader - e.g. check for spelling errors
*A solicitor - e.g. checking legal docs
*An agency - representative or work on the behalf of a bz

When should arrangements need to be checked?
Should be accurate relating to time, date and venue.
Why is checking important?
Ensuring accuracy is essential for maintaining trust with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
What are the benefits of checking?
*It can prevent errors, if there are errors it might damage the reputation of a bz if docs are published
*Result in wasted and or costs in travelling to meetings that don’t take place
What are the drawbacks of checking?
*Time consuming and costs money, particularly if checked externally. Therefore, a bz could improve their efficiency when producing or organising docs by checking it right.
What are the implications of checking?
*Errors can be missed -> affect reputation of a bz -> potential delays or loss of customers and business opportunities.
