What document content would usually include in a voluntary constraint?

A

*Organisational - used for consistency e.g. content of email signatures
*Ethical - prevent offence being caused e.g. avoidance in bias in text
*Codes of practice - many businesses would use CP e.g. complaint procedures

What document content would usually include in a legal constraint?

A

*Copyright - businesses must avoid plagiarism by making sure that they quote any sources used
*Data Protection Act - any bz docs must comply with data protection by only including relevant personal data
*Consumer Protection - legislation such as the consumer right act 2015 that require goods or services to be described accurately in bz docs
*Equal Opportunities - legislation such as equality act 2010 means bz docs such as job adverts cannot discriminate against group of people
