What are different meeting documentation?
Business meeting

What are 3 docs that are used for bz meetings?
-The notice of meeting: used to make people aware that a meeting is taking place e.g. annual general meetings
-The agenda: This is an ordered list of what is going to be discussed in the meeting, so attendees can prepare
-The minutes: provides a written summary of what was discussed and actions to be taken that is shared with attendees
What are the 3 categories for a bz conference documentation?
Delegate - Intended for those attending these may include publicity materials, invitations to attend, joining instructions and evaluation forms
Staff - Intended for those running the conference, these may include attendance registers, venue details and safety info
Speaker - Intended for those presenting, these may include prompt cards, copies of slides, my user instructions.
Why is checking documentation important?
People attending at the wrong time, date or venue
People not being prepared if the agenda is wrong
The bz getting a poor reputation
