A
5%= bile inspissation due to dehydration
5%= bile stasis due to trauma or severe systemic illness

A
RUQ pain- may radiate to R shoulder
Murphy's sign +
Distended, tender gallbladder may be palpable
Fever
Anorexia and nausea
PMH biliary colic/gallstones
