the partnership between local/national governments and the private sector.
How do local authorities gain funding?
local authority had to come up with an imaginative project, and form a partnership with a private company and the local communities of that inner city area.
Each local authority who wanted to redevelop an inner city area had to submit a 5 year plan to central government and compete for the money
