What are the 5 kingdoms?
Animalia, plantae, fungi, Protista, monera
What does MS.R.NERG stand for?
M= Movement S= Sensitivity R= Respiration N= Nutrition E= Excretion R= Reproduction G= Growth
What are some characteristics of the Animalia Kingdom?
They all have voluntary movement.
They all have an organ system (skeletal, muscular, nervous, circulatory, reproduction)
What are some characteristics of the plantae kingdom?
All are green.
They obtain their energy from the sun using photosynthesis.
What are some characteristics of the monera kingdom?
They are all single celled.
Nearly all are microscopic
What are some characteristics of the Protista Kingdom?
They are nearly all aquatic.
What are some characteristics of the fungi Kingdom?
They are decomposers
And are also nearly all microscopic
