How would you manage client expectations

A

In my LR and RR work, I ensure that I don’t overpromise the client by assuring them I’ll be able to achieve the best case scenario and make them aware of any impending lease events that may impact my ERV

In valuations, I ensure that I provide a realistic timeline for an instruction, not just a timeline that would be ideal for the client that isn’t achievable
