Cocktail Preparation:
In a mixing glass combine all ingredients and stir until properly chilled. Using a Julep strainer, pour into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Zest a grapefruit twist over top and add to glass.

Add all ingredients, except Diplomatico, to a 15oz Tapered rocks glass. Add ice halfway and swizzle. Fill crushed ice to the rim of the glass. Layer the Diplomatico rum and top with more crushed ice creating a mound. Serve with short black straw.

Place a large 2” clear ice cube in chilled Spiegelau rocks glass. Add all ingredients and stir. Stamp ice with the WG logo. Light a wooden toothpick using a votive candle. Express the oils from the orange twist through the flame in the direction of the cocktail. Place the twist in the drink zest side up.

Rim a martini glass with a fresh lemon wedge and coat the outside of the glass with sugar. Bang against your hand to remove excess sugar. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and double strain into the sugar-coated martini glass.

Ask guest if salt or no salt. If salt, use fresh lime wedge to coat the rim of a large rocks glass. Then dip the exterior of the rim in the salt until it’s coated. Bang against your hand to shake off excess salt. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice in a large rocks glass.

Tear the leaves off one sprig of tarragon and drop in the mixing glass. Muddle briefly. Add the strawberry and muddle. Add all other ingredients. Add ice and shake hard. Double strain over fresh ice in a 15oz Tapered rocks glass. Smack a tarragon sprig and place it inside the glass.

Bang against your hand to shake off excess salt. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice in a 15oz tapered glass. The ice should not be above the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and orange twist. Float 3/4oz Grand Marnier on top after garnishing the cocktail.
