A

Good relationship with subcontractors by always calling them if I am issuing them a payment notice that is certifying less than they applied. Always verbal communication if a payment will be late.

On my Bath Toad project I have issued a letter requesting an extension of time that outlined the cause of the delay and the impact on the programme with and as built programme to demonstrate.

A

On the Onslow Mills project I agreed a final account and EOT with the client by fixing two provisional sums a month before completion and agreeing to do additional landscape maintenance free of charge.
