Conflict avoidance is essential to maintain strong professional relationships, ensure projects progress smoothly, and protect the company’s reputation.
I avoid conflict by clearly agreeing the scope of work, fees, and delivery times with consultants and stakeholders from the outset. Proactive communication and transparency are key to minimising misunderstandings.

It must include a clear process for lodging a complaint, a named person responsible for handling it, defined response times, and escalation routes.
