What are four causes of food poisoning?

Cross contamination, dirty equipment, dirty surfaces, and if the food isn't cooked correctly.


What is cross contamination?

When food that is contaminated with harmful bacteria passes it to another food.

Meat, fish, dairy products, poultry, eggs, shellfish, and cooked rice.

Salmonella, e-coli, listeria, staphylococcus aureus, and bacillus cereus.
