it is a method of identifying the most efficient way of getting a job done.
advantages of critical path analysis
improves efficiency, aids resource planning, forces detailed planning by managers.
disadvantages of of critical path analysis
they are estimates, emphasises speed over quality, rigid so one delay can effect the whole process.
is it a useful tool to use
managers can make sure that the workers are keeping the quality high.

it is leway that a business might have if a project gets delayed
what is a total float
it is how long a task can be delayed for without delaying the completion date
what is a free float
the amount of time a task can be delayed without effecting the est of the next task
